User of the Application

1. Super Administrator
2. Director Urban
3. Corporation/Municipal Secretary

Super Administrator of the application Software: Director Urban affairs will be resposible for creating all the users of for the each district. 

Director Urban will create userid for corporation & municipalities for the respective district.  Director Urban can change his password & can change others passwords also.

Every municipality/corporation has separate userid & password for data entry & verification/authorisation.

Data entry operator can login with their respective Municipality /Corporation and they can start entering the data with respect to that Municipality /Corporation. As per the AUEGS rule, Registration Process is done by the Data entry operator and verification/authorisation done by the Municipal Secretary. Only after the verification/authorisation, job card can be printed through Municipal Secretary login & Data entry operator.
