Ayyankali Urban Employment Guarantee Scheme aims to provide a strong, rights- based social safety net for the people in the urban areas of Kerala by giving a fall-back employment source, when other employment alternatives are scarce or inadequate.

Online MIS

A proper web-based Management Information System (MIS) that interconnects all the Urban Local Governments, Office of the Urban Directorate ICT network is established and operationalised. This will provide single point access to all stakeholders and capture all information, beginning with the registration of the workers. This will help in the effective implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programme, and thus ensures transparency and credibility.
